Delivery pricing & waiting policy
Online prices are indicative estimates. Bridge, tunnel and toll-road charges, London Congestion Charge and parking fees are added where applicable. These costs are not included in the online mileage estimate and will be identified and agreed in the final quote before booking.
The first 15 minutes of waiting are free. Waiting beyond this allowance is charged at £25 per hour. Any additional waiting charges will be explained before they are incurred. Your booking is confirmed only when Kurt Transport confirms the final price and availability.
Enquiry privacy
Your contact and delivery details are used to assess and respond to your enquiry. Postcodes are sent to postcode and road-routing providers to calculate mileage; your name, email and phone are not sent to these providers. No payment details are collected. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions. Submitted enquiries are stored securely for quote management and invoicing, and sent to Kurt Transport by email. If you request a copy, it is also sent to the email address you provide.
