A few things,
before we go.
Is the estimate a confirmed booking?
No. It is an indicative estimate. Your delivery is booked only after Kurt Transport confirms the final price and availability.
What affects the final price?
Road mileage, vehicle size, load weight and dimensions, collection time and special access requirements can affect the quote. Bridge, tunnel and toll-road charges, London Congestion Charge and parking fees are added where applicable and confirmed in your final quote. Waiting: first 15 minutes free, then £25 per hour. These charges are not included in the mileage estimate. Any applicable taxes are confirmed before booking.
Can you collect urgently?
We offer same-day courier services and are available 24/7. Collection timing depends on your location and vehicle availability. Tell us your deadline when enquiring.
What can I send?
Share your item count, dimensions, weight and handling needs. We will confirm vehicle suitability and whether your consignment can be accepted before booking.
Online prices are indicative estimates. Bridge, tunnel and toll-road charges, London Congestion Charge and parking fees are added where applicable. These costs are not included in the online mileage estimate and will be identified and agreed in the final quote before booking.
The first 15 minutes of waiting are free. Waiting beyond this allowance is charged at £25 per hour. Any additional waiting charges will be explained before they are incurred. Your booking is confirmed only when Kurt Transport confirms the final price and availability.
Your contact and delivery details are used to assess and respond to your enquiry. Postcodes are sent to postcode and road-routing providers to calculate mileage; your name, email and phone are not sent to these providers. No payment details are collected. If you request a copy, it is also sent to the email address you provide.
